Trader Shaper is operated by Roman Mikhailov, a self-employed individual registered in the Republic of Cyprus, Tax Identification Code (TIC): 08148292F, registered service address: Agias Paraskevis 5, 7101 Aradippou, Cyprus. Contact: support@tradershaper.app.

References to "Trader Shaper," "we," "us," and "our" in these documents refer to the above operator.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Trader Shaper. By creating an account, using the app, starting a lesson, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Trader Shaper on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What Trader Shaper provides

Trader Shaper is a trading education platform. The app provides interactive chart lessons, simulated trade practice, progress tracking, skill maps, review scheduling, and related educational content.

Trader Shaper is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, signal provider, asset manager, or copy-trading service. The app does not execute real trades and does not manage user funds.

3. Educational purpose only

All lessons, examples, chart tasks, simulated trades, feedback, scores, and progress metrics are provided for education and training only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.

Trading and investing involve risk. Past market data, examples, simulated results, and lesson outcomes do not predict future performance.

4. Eligibility

Trader Shaper is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your country of residence.

5. Accounts

You may use parts of the app as a guest or create a registered account. Registered accounts may save progress, subscription status, preferences, and other account data.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Trader Shaper may offer weekly, monthly, or other subscription plans for premium lessons and features. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout before purchase.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for transactions. Lemon Squeezy may collect billing details, payment details, tax information, and transaction records as needed to process your purchase.

A subscription renews automatically until cancelled unless the checkout or plan terms say otherwise. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or other account management link made available in the app, on your receipt, or by support.

When you cancel, your premium access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Trader Shaper Refund and Cancellation Policy. Lemon Squeezy may also handle refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and payment compliance according to its role as merchant of record.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use Trader Shaper for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription access controls, authentication, rate limits, security controls, or Row Level Security protections.
• Do not share, resell, scrape, mass download, copy, or redistribute lessons, chart content, code, databases, or premium material without permission.
• Do not interfere with the app, APIs, Supabase services, Lemon Squeezy integration, analytics, or infrastructure.
• Do not upload or submit malware, illegal content, infringing content, or content that violates the rights of others.

10. Intellectual property

Trader Shaper and its lessons, interfaces, curriculum, text, graphics, skill maps, simulations, software, and other materials are owned by Trader Shaper or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, Trader Shaper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal education or internal training purposes.

11. User data and progress

The app may store account information, lesson progress, scores, simulated trade actions, preferences, subscription state, analytics events, and related data to provide the service.

How Trader Shaper collects and handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and changes

Trader Shaper may change, pause, remove, or discontinue features, lessons, pricing, plans, designs, integrations, or content at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Trader Shaper is offered globally but may not be available, or may be restricted, in jurisdictions where trading education services are limited by local law. Users are responsible for compliance with the laws of their country of residence. We may restrict access from specific regions at our discretion.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your account address or by in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Trader Shaper after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

14. Termination

Trader Shaper may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to pay subscription charges, or use the service in a way that may create legal or security exposure.

15. Disclaimers

Trader Shaper is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee learning outcomes, trading performance, profits, loss avoidance, market accuracy, or suitability for your personal circumstances.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trader Shaper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, trading losses, business interruption, or financial decisions made by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trader Shaper total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Trader Shaper for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Larnaca District, Cyprus.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause deprives you of mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the law of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

You and Trader Shaper agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the documents they reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trader Shaper regarding the service. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service provider failures, natural events, or governmental actions.
